My
Story
My goal from start to finish is to create a buying or selling journey that will make me your FRIEND and REALTOR for life and lead you to your FOREVER HOME. I strive to provide a client-focused real estate experience, and I pledge to always answer phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly and to treat each of my clients with the utmost attention, no matter their price range.
I am a FULL TIME real estate agent, which means I am always available to YOU as well as committed and focused on YOU. In 2024 (my 8th year in real estate), I sold over 8 million in homes and land. I am committed to continuing my education to better serve you and have earned a THDA approval and an e-PRO certification, making me an expert at marketing your home in today's internet age. I'm also an Accredited Buyer's Representative, which means I'm trained to help my buyer clients secure their dream home.
On a personal note, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University and worked as a social worker for several years prior to trasitioning into real estate full time. I moved to Dickson in 2009 after my husband's discharge from the United States Marine Corps. Prior to starting my own real estate career, we "flipped" several properties of our own, giving me the knowledge and know-how to help you find your own fixer-uppers. We now live on our own forever mini-farm with our 6 kiddos, a herd of Hereford cattle, and a spectacular summer garden.
If you are needing help finding or selling your home, please give me a call/text or send me an email. I'm looking forward to working for you!
My Why
A Quote to Live By
As cheesy as it may sound, I just love helping people. I love seeing people succeed, and it's so rewarding to be able to play a part in the real estate goals my clients have. I started my professional life as a social worker and quickly realized I was limiting my reach in that field. The lives I've impacted has grown exponentially since I made my career move, and I have been blessed to serve over 300 families in the last 10 years.

I have SEVERAL great real estate stories, but for brevity's sake, I'll choose two. About 4 months into my career, I was showing a property in White Bluff to a very sweet elderly client whose husband had recently passed away. We had sold the home she shared with him so she could downsize and had probably looked at 20 or 30 potential replacement homes. We were on our last home of the day. The showing instructions asked us to not let the cat out. We went through the entire house and never actually saw a cat anywhere. I was convinced a prior showing had let the cat out until we started to leave and the cat (who was about the size of a small tiger) made its appearance on the coffee table. It started making lots of noises, that were a mix of purrs and growls. I was slightly alarmed at this point and suggested we leave so the cat could have his house back. My client agreed and as I was closing the door, I turned for one last cat viewing, only to see this giant cat projectile flying through the air, paws AND CLAWS extended toward my face. I screamed, my client screamed, and we slammed the door behind us as quickly as we could. Needless to say-we did not make an offer on that house.

One of my favorite client stories involved another client's parents. They were being evicted from their rental property and were on the verge of being homeless. They had been told "no" by countless others, but I listened to their story, heard what they had to say, and took action. I put them in touch with one of my preferred lenders, and we got to work. In an impossible housing market, with no credit history, very little income, and a budget that was half of the median home sales price for Dickson County, we got them approved for a home loan, found them the perfect property, and helped a couple in their 70s become homeowners for the first time, something they never thought possible. It was the most rewarding closing of my career.
